Refund Policy

All products purchased on E8collection.com must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date for a refund if you are not satisfied with the same. However, you will have to ship it on your own expenses to the below address:

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused. It should be in the original packaging accompanied with the receipt or proof of purchase/Invoice.
• The refund will only be processed upon receipt & verification of the complete product with packaging & accessories.
• No refund will be processed if we receive products with missing accessories, product with tampered packaging or if we find any signs of damage like scratches or signs of usage on the product.
• You will be sent a notification once the testing of the product is complete and is approved for refund.
• Refund will be processed to the original payment method used while placing the order except for cash on delivery (COD) orders. For order placed using cash on delivery (COD) as a payment option, the refund will be issued as in Bank account as per details provided by customer.
